So I'm beginning to think about my new job.
The theatre company I'll be working for told me about this talk by Sir Ken Robinson. It twanged very strongly with my heart strings. And made me smile. And made me very glad that I'm going to be working with yoof.
Innit.
PS. I got a phone call about the Peter Brook job today. He has decided not to have an assistant after all. Which means I didn't not get it. I feel pleased.

Hooray.
So glad you didn't not get the job.
;-P
Pah. What does Peter Brook know, eh? What does he know? He hasn't done anything good since 'Pearl's A Singer' - oh, wait a minute, that was Elkie Brooks. Never mind. Close enough. As I was saying, what does Peter Brook know? Apart from most things about theatre, he knows NOTHING! Nothing, I say.
And he's bald.
So your job sounds far better. Far, far better.
And Peter Brook can go and stick his Midsummer Night's Dream up his Mahabharata.
At least no one beat you out ;)
Meesha and Jo, thank you, and indeed, hooRAY.
Mr Witness, you are right. He is clearly, well, probably senile and also he looks disconcertingly and actually like Yoda. Without the ears. But the green tinge, well I didn't like to mention it.
Oh my, Sir Ken Robinson made me want to dance. Now I want to work with yoof. Or be yoof.
Yay for didn't not getting jobs! But not for yoof, it's day one of the holidays and I'm already feeling slightly suffocated by overuse of the m word.
